I have been going to this practice for years and have received excellent care from Tolis my dentist. I have never had a cause for complaint. I have had a lot of dental work done over the years with good results. As I am a nervous patient I have been reassured whatever level of treatment needed. The reception staff are accommodating and fitted me in whenever I have needed urgent treatment. I have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice.

I have used this practice for many years and always found the service, treatment and care to be 1st class. My appointment last November was a reflection of previous appointments, I had avoided booking an appointment despite being in pain for a period of time, the cause was quickly isolated and treated accordingly without being uncomfortable, the issue was fully resolved, leaving me pain free. The practice and its staff have the patients best interest at heart and treat them as if they are the only customer they have. I have recommended the practice to several of my family, friends over the years and the feedback is always the same, excellent practice!

Having had a bad experience with a dentist when I was a child, I am so pleased I registered with Old Harlow Dental Practice as I am now a much more confident and relaxed patient. I have been a patient for a number of years now and recently decided to have a brace using the "Quick Straight Teeth" process with my dentist Apostolos. Everything was explained to me in good detail and I knew what was happening every step of the way. I am very pleased with the results. I have also started day whitening and again, the process has been very straightforward. I would thoroughly recommend the practice to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Everyone is very welcoming, the standards are high, and Dr Sarna’s bedside manner is the best I’ve ever seen in any medical professional. I actually look forward to my appointments and know I’m in very good hands.

I cannot praise highly enough the care and attention I have received at the Old Harlow Dental Practice. I have a long and complex medical/dental history and Dr. Tollis has been just wonderful in his caring and attention to detail, never minding how difficult a problem might be. Visiting the Practice is always a pleasure. Dr Zacharatos is not only an excellent dentist, but he also has excellent interpersonal skills. At the age of 71 I thought I might be too old for teeth straightening. But my front teeth were becoming more and more crooked as the years went by. I was embarrassed by my smile, and avoided having my photo taken. At last I plucked up the courage to discuss my teeth with my dentist, Mr Zacharatos at Old Harlow Dental Practice. He reassured me that the problem could be fixed, and I finally agreed to go ahead. Truly this was one of the best decisions I’ve made. He talked me through every stage of the process and although I’m rather nervous and have sensitive teeth, all went well. I could share the experience of wearing braces with my grandchildren! The day the braces came off and I saw my smile - with beautiful straight teeth - was very emotional, I laughed and cried. With a little whitening and bonding I now have a smile that really reflects the way I feel, and I no longer fear cameras. I can recommend Mr Zacharatos, and would reassure anyone planning to have crooked teeth straightened that you’re never too old, and the results are worth it. I have been a patient at the old Harlow Dental practice for nearly 17 years. They are superb. Friendly, professional and well organised. My Dentist and hygienist are amazing. They are kind and understanding people and I will never go anywhere else for treatment.

This must be the best practice in the County. All the staff are very profesional and polite. The admin personnel make you feel welcome and try their best to assist you with anything you need. An absolutely OUTSTANDING dentist!!! Kind, understanding and friendly. As a child I had awful experiences of the dentist which still now scare me! But this dentist is amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I do not know what I would do without this dentist and the amazing people that work here. I've been coming here for many, many years and have had lots of treatment. I owe them a lot and will always be forever grateful
