I’ve been with Old Harlow dental practice for many years, since they opened in fact. Dr Z is the only dentist I’d trust with my teeth - I was always phobic, from childhood, after some horrid experiences in the ‘60s, but Dr Z is always so warm and reassuring, I know I will be looked after. He has treated me as an NHS patient and I’ve also had some cosmetic work done privately with him and I would recommend him to anyone. The practice itself is staffed by the loveliest people, from reception to nurses. I chose to stay with them when I moved to Suffolk and I don’t regret it one bit. The drive is worth it!

At the age of 71 I thought I might be too old for teeth straightening. But my front teeth were becoming more and more crooked as the years went by. I was embarrassed by my smile, and avoided having my photo taken. At last I plucked up the courage to discuss my teeth with my dentist, Mr Zacharatos at Old Harlow Dental Practice. He reassured me that the problem could be fixed, and I finally agreed to go ahead. Truly this was one of the best decisions I’ve made. He talked me through every stage of the process and although I’m rather nervous and have sensitive teeth, all went well. I could share the experience of wearing braces with my grandchildren! The day the braces came off and I saw my smile - with beautiful straight teeth - was very emotional, I laughed and cried. With a little whitening and bonding I now have a smile that really reflects the way I feel, and I no longer fear cameras. I can recommend Mr Zacharatos, and would reassure anyone planning to have crooked teeth straightened that you’re never too old, and the results are worth it. Everyone at the practice has been friendly and supportive as I’ve gone through this process - thank you all 🥰

Having had a bad experience with a dentist when I was a child, I am so pleased I registered with Old Harlow Dental Practice as I am now a much more confident and relaxed patient. I have been a patient for a number of years now and recently decided to have a brace using the "Quick Straight Teeth" process with my dentist Apostolos. Everything was explained to me in good detail and I knew what was happening every step of the way. I am very pleased with the results. I have also started day whitening and again, the process has been very straightforward. I would thoroughly recommend the practice to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I have been going to this practice for years and have received excellent care from Tolis my dentist. I have never had a cause for complaint. I have had a lot of dental work done over the years with good results. As I am a nervous patient I have been reassured whatever level of treatment needed. The reception staff are accommodating and fitted me in whenever I have needed urgent treatment. I have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice.

Great practice! Dr Zacharatos is an excellent dentist and very professional. He response to my call and help me with my problem immediately even though I wasn’t their patient. He will definitely be my dentist for now on. I would highly recommend this practice.

Mrs Manzoor looks after me incredibly. I am a challenging patient for her, not only with nervousness but also with my stage IV tonsil cancer and Trismus. She makes me feel so welcome, she tried to allay my fears. Highly recommend her.

Excellent, professional and reasonable price. Receptionists are well-behaved. Nurses are very polite. Ms. Diva was excellent. Dentists are well-trained. Dr. F. Mansoor was approachable, accommodating, patient, professional and excellent. I'd happy to go there again and happy to share my positive experience.

Had a emergency appointment last night I have to say the dentist and dental nurse was excellent with me (petrified of the dentist ) lovely people and very professional reassured me and put me at ease highly recommend more than happy with the service I received 😊😊

I had my veneers done in a rushed time period. I was worried at first because I was leaving the country and was afraid that I can’t complete the implant and veneers perfectly in time. Fortunately, why I rated them with a 5 star is because they can provide results in time and the most important thing is the results are perfect.

I have been to this dentist from when he opened long time ago. Everything always explained and treatment and checkups run smoothly . Nowadays with the covid precautions, I feel very comfortable as dentist and staff are striving to create a safe but also pleasant environment. I have recommended to my friends.

My thanks to my dentist Marie and colleagues for expertly replacing my missing front tooth(a vintage crown that decided to fail during Covid19) with a single denture. Her advise and skill has given me my smile back. Graham.
